Throughout the year we have scheduled sup adventure tours to other locations across Scotland such as Aberdeenshire, Fife, Highland, The Trossachs, West Coast, Tatooine and beyond!! These tours could be to another Coastal Location, River or Loch and could involve staying overnight [camping] on some occasions if anyone wishes to due to distance or other reason but all within no more than 4hrs drive time from our base in Stonehaven. The dates for these days will be scheduled but the destination will not be decided on until closer to the day in order to find the best place too go relating to the weather conditions forecasted etc
As an example of one of last years trips. Due to forecasted high winds on the coast we decided to head inland to Loch Insh near Aviemore and the River Spey . We opted to meet the night before, some camping others staying at the Watersport Centres own accommodation. Once settled we went for a wee paddle/chill/swim on the Loch then went to The Boathouse for a meal/drinks afterwards sat by the loch round a fire watching sunset. Next day we had breakfast at the boathouse and then started the day paddling round the loch doing some technique and exploring. Quick coffee break at the boat house and we then started to head down the river which a very easy going stretch working on river technique, skills and safety, stopping 1/2 way for a picnic. After we paddled the rest of the way down to The Auld Brig at Aviemore where we had dinner before heading back home.
Choose a date from my schedule below and see where your adventure takes you! The Day will be an opportunity to not only have an adventure and explore it will also cover technique, trip planning, safety, my endless crap chat etc
The adventure will be over the course of a full day but we will be taking it real easy, lots of breaks, snacks, picnic or pub! [Not supplied by me]
